I'm an instructional designer based in Minnesota.
My approach to creating learning experiences is heavily influenced by my time as a hands-on, career and technical education teacher.
I believe in the importance of relevant learning, where learners can practice in a way that is as close as possible to the on-the-job environment.

Show me a problem. I'm here to help sleuth out the answer, even if it's not something we can fix with training. Once I know the knowledge and skill gaps, I work backward to create content that will truly address the issue.
Ed experience
As a former teacher, I have an extensive background in learning theory. I also know the importance of engagement and how to design experiences for diverse learning groups.
