Why UX Design?

As an instructional designer, it is important to prioritize learners' needs, not just those of the company or organization. This can be a difficult balance to strike. This course brings your focus to the user while keeping the goals of the client in mind. In the case of eLearning, the learner is the user.  Becoming familiar with user experience design has helped me improve my storyboards and eLearning interfaces. Overall, this course has allowed me to further develop my ID skills through a strong learner focus and best design practices.
